Glazed for Energy Efficiency and Security

Bahama patio doors can be glazed with laminated instead of toughened glass for first class security. Laminated is made up of two or more panes of glass that are bonded together by a durable plastic interlayer. This enables the glass to resist penetration by impacting objects. And if the glass should break, it usually remains in the frame so there is less risk of injury from flying glass particles or from sharp edges. Best of all, it is the only glass truly resistant to burglars - think teller glass that staff sit behind in banks.
